As Head of Operations for Humanity Project, I work alongside visionary strategists to mobilise people all over the country to create Popular Assemblies, and develop a people-powered, participatory democracy where all of us feel we have a voice, and power to make positive changes in our communities.
The Canvas: Network
Building on the legacy of The Canvas Cafe, a vegan cafe and events space that served thousands of vulnerable people in Tower Hamlets from 2014-2022, The Canvas: Network, over time, seeks to reimagine and breathe life into the role of a cafe and therefore help to regenerate high streets across the UK.
Safe & Sound for Artswork:
Working in partnership with Together As One youth group, creating a cultural conference that serves as a pro-social response to knife crime. Building on existing cultural and artistic organisations in Slough, Safe & Sound provides opportunities for young people to see what’s on offer in the community.
